Having trouble logging in to Xandr Invest? Review these topics to help resolve your login issues and get back to work.
If you can't log in to Xandr Invest because you have forgotten your username, follow these steps:
Within a few minutes, you'll receive an email including all of the usernames associated with the email address you entered. Each username is listed with its status so that you can easily identify your current username.
If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, the email address you entered might not be valid. If you continue to have problems, submit a support request via https://help.appnexus.com.
If you can't log in to Xandr Invest because your password has expired, been reset, or you've forgotten your password, follow these steps.
NOTE: Xandr Invest passwords must be changed at least once every 120 days. After 120 days, the password will no longer be valid and you will be prompted to create a new one.
NOTE: The link remains valid for 16 hours. If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, the email address that you entered might not be valid. Try again and submit a support request via https://help.appnexus.com/ if you continue to have problems.

When you're done, you'll be redirected to the Xandr Invest login screen where you can log in with your username and new password. You'll also receive a confirmation email stating that the password has been reset.
